Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING TIMES

We are a small family owned brand with pride in the quality and presentation of our products. Please allow us up 3-7 working days Mon-Fri to carefully package and process your order for you. If you've ordered during a restock or new product launch, allow an additional 2-3 business days on top of our normal processing time frame. If you've ordered on a weekend, processing times will begin the following Monday.

Pre-order items (if any) will ship during the times listed on the product page on the website.

RETURN POLICY

We are confident in the quality of our products. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the receiving date for a refund or store credit. Please contact us so that we can provide further instructions.

If returning an item that qualified you for a gift, please include the gift with your return. If you choose to keep the gift, you will be charged for its full value and deducted from your refund price. Shipping is non-refundable. All return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions for returns include: Sale Items (BOGO/50% OFF ETC), Limited Edition Promotional Items and Discontinued Items.

ORDER CHANGES/COMBINING

Once an order is placed we cannot combine or make alterations to avoid confusion and errors during the processing of your order. You will need to have your order cancelled if you need to combine multiple items together into one package.

DAMAGED ITEMS/MISSING ITEMS/INCORRECT ORDER

We are so sorry you received damaged items or are missing something from your package. Mistakes happen, but we can definitely help you out! Please contact us immediately at general@menageriecosmetics.com

ORDER ERRORS/ INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please contact us immediately at general@menageriecosmetics.com if this happens so that we can adjust your order. If the order is shipped before the error can be corrected you will need to pay postage calculated by weight of the order to resend.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES/DUTIES

Customers that are purchasing outside the US should be aware that there may be additional fees/taxes/duties on your package once it arrives to your country. These are separate charges added by your countries customs agency. Our shipping charges do not cover these fees and we are required by law to declare all items and cost of items on your package. Please contact your local post office for further information on these additional costs before placing an order.

FREIGHT FORWARDING/RESHIPPING ADDRESS

We do not accept freight forwarding shipping addresses due to their combining and repackaging processes that have been causing loss or damage to our fragile products. We cannot issue refunds or replacements if these services are used.
