Our water-based, transfer-proof topper formula glides on smoothly over your favorite liquid lipsticks without degrading performance - transforming them into dazzling, color shifting metallics. Use them on your face, cheeks or eyes to add sparkle and color shifting fun to your looks. The possibilities are endless so get creative and have fun!

Directions: Some ingredients may settle/separate, shake well before use. Apply a thin layer of product over desired area and tap with finger to blend out. Allow 1 minute to fully dry.

For Lips: These are not a gloss so make sure to apply our Moonlit Metals over a matte lipstick base or mix with clear gloss for best results. 

For Eyes: Tap some product onto your finger and then dab over your eyelids for extra depth and sparkle.

For Face: Blend some of our Moonlit Metals out over your cheeks for a fun, twinkling highlight; Use a thin liner brush to go over your eyeliner to transform it into a metallic liner.
