As a small business, we graciously ask that you allow us up 3-7 working days (this timeframe excludes weekends and does not apply to pre-order items) to carefully package and process your order for you. If you've ordered during a restock or new product launch, allow an additional 3 business days on top of our normal processing time frame. If you've ordered on a weekend, processing times will begin the following Monday.
Pre-order items (if any) will ship during the times listed on the product page on the website. Any orders placed containing pre-orders and regular in-stock items will ship as one package.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At this current time we cannot accept any returns due to covid-19 risks.
To prevent interruptions to our processing times and reduce order errors, we are unable to make changes to your order once its placed. Please request an order cancellation if you’ve made a mistake and need to correct it.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders that are processed and shipped to wrong addresses cannot be refunded or replaced if the package is marked delivered and does not return to us. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error on your shipping during time of placement so that we can correct the error.
Orders with value's over $150 will require signature confirmation.
ADDRESSES WE SHIP TO:
We ship to any residential US address, PO Box or APO’s as well as various international locations listed in the drop down at checkout. We will not ship to any freight/mail forwarding addresses, these orders will be cancelled.
DAMAGED ITEMS/MISSING ITEMS/INCORRECT ORDER
We are sorry if your package has arrived in a damaged state or is missing items. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve this for you in the best way possible.
Our products are small batch made and to ensure a fair experience for all of our customers, our products are sold for personal use only. Orders that appear to abuse our 2 qty limit by placing multiple orders within short timeframes will be automatically cancelled and blocked.
Customers that are purchasing outside the US should be aware that there may be additional fees/taxes/duties on your package once it arrives to your country. These are separate importation charges added by your countries customs agency. Our shipping charges do not cover these fees and we are required by law to declare all items and cost of items on your package. Please contact your local customs office for further information on what the additional costs may be before placing an order.
International bound packages may take up to 30 days to arrive to your country depending on weather conditions or customs office delays. We will not replace or refund packages until after this timeframe has passed. Please contact us if you're having issues collecting your package.
Rejected/returned packages will be refunded the purchase price (less shipping) once returned to our warehouse.
