SHIPPING

Processing times for your order may take between 3-10 business days to ship (excluding our days off on the weekend) depending on the volume of orders we’re working through at the time. 

If you’re ordering during the week of a new product launch or big restock, processing times may be extended beyond our normal window up to 15 business days. We will work as diligently as possible to get your goodies to you as safely and quickly as possible.

RETURN & REFUNDS

We want you to love your purchase and highly encourage you to reach out to us via our website chat if you have questions about a particular product before making a purchase.

If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase you may return lightly used/unused products back within 30 days of delivery for store credit or a refund on the purchase price. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Tracking is required on all returned packages to qualify for refund. Sale items, bath products, mystery boxes and/or discontinued items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

ORDER CHANGES, ORDER COMBINING AND CANCELLATIONS

To prevent disruptions to our processing times and reduce order processing errors we can no longer guarantee order cancellation or order modification requests after 24 hours of order placement. If you need an item added or removed from your order please reach out to us asap as we don’t need to cancel an order to do so.

We are unable to combine multiple orders.

LOST/STOLEN MAIL

Please make sure you’re providing a secure delivery location for your order as we will be unable to replace or refund orders that show tracking marked as delivered.

Our replacement/refund policy does not cover damage/loss that occurs through third party forwarders or stolen mail with tracking marked as delivered. For additional package security that protects stolen/lost mail, please add Route Package Insurance to your order at checkout.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please make sure to check all surrounding areas where your box may have been dropped off, speak with your neighbors and contact your local post office and ask for them to review the GPS location of package delivery to rule out a possible misdelivery

Occasionally, USPS will mark a package delivered before dropping the package off, we recommend waiting at least 5 business days to see if this changes. If all else fails, we suggest filing a missing mail claim through your local post and would be happy to help you through the claims process by providing any information your post office may require to complete an investigation on your package including proof of postage and exact package details. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally our item availability may be incorrect or our system may oversell quantities we do not have. In the case your order contains an item that is OOS (out of stock) you will be refunded the full amount during the time of processing your order and will receive a refund notification via email. If there are alternatives we can offer instead, we will reach out to you, otherwise we will refund you and ship any available remaining items.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact us immediately at general@menageriecosmetics.com so that we can resolve this promptly for you. If 7 days has passed since delivery we can no longer honor refunds or replacements on damaged/lost/incorrect items. Items damaged using a freight forwarder to forward to another address are void of replacement or refunds. (See shipping restrictions)

Note: Minor cosmetic blemishes caused during the manufacturing process are not considered damage and will not be replaced or refunded as they do not affect the stability or performance of the product. This includes but is not limited to minor scratches, dents or dings caused by the machine powder mould release or surface powder residue that may occur during shipping. 

ORDER LIMITATIONS/RESTRICTIONS

1. We do not ship to freight/mail forwarding business addresses or warehouse addresses, unfortunately these orders will be cancelled upon being reviewed. Orders that are forwarded to another location after initial delivery will be void of replacements and/or refunds should something happen to your package while in another party's hands. We do not take responsibility for how other shipping services or third parties handle your package.

2. To ensure a fair shopping experience and limit the reselling of our products we have quantity limits in place of 2x per item per customer address a month. Orders that appear to abuse the specified quantity limit allowed via multiple orders and/or give us strong reason to believe that the order being placed is for intentions to resell for profit, will be cancelled and your account may be permanently blacklisted.

3. Packages may not exceed 3LBS or a value of $275 per package, whichever may come first. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We will no longer be able to replace or refund international package issues without Route Package Protection Insurance added. Please make sure to select this option on the cart or checkout page BEFORE placing the order.

Once an international parcel leaves the US there may not be many or any tracking updates until it reaches your country. Please keep in mind that due to ongoing slowdowns caused by covid-19 and current world events, international bound packages could take up to 90 days to process through your country's customs office and we kindly ask that you wait the full timeframe before reaching out for resolution. Please contact us for help if your package surpasses this timeframe. 

Important: Customers that are purchasing outside the US should be aware that there may be additional fees/taxes/duties on your package once it arrives to your country. These are separate importation charges added by your countries customs agency. Our shipping charges do not cover these fees and we are required by law to declare all items and cost of items on your package. Please contact your local customs office for further information on what the additional costs may be before placing an order. Rejected/returned packages will be refunded the purchase price (less shipping) once returned to our warehouse.

ORDERS PLACED DURING THESE DAYS WILL BE DELAYED

Weekends, New Years Eve, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
